At PEScience, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel. If your fit isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
